Contact-Free Carrier Service
We've implemented a new Contact-Free Carrier Service at our warehouses in South Carolina. Drivers will no longer need to enter our building or communicate in-person to be checked in, processed, and signed out.
This new service comes at a time where social distancing is paramount to the well-being of our team, our drivers, and everyone around us. In turn, this process increases efficiency, mitigates risk, and improves our continuity plan.
How it works...
01/ Call to Dock
Drivers must stop at the checkpoint and call the number provided prior to docking.
02/ Load or Unload
The trailer will be loaded or unloaded by our shipping & receiving crew.
03/ Digitally Sign Bill
The Bill of Lading will be sent to the driver's mobile device to be digitally signed. Digital signatures are not required for deliveries.
Printed copies of all signed paperwork will be attached to the trailer and we will contact the driver to advise that they are ready to go!
